Peptyde Hallucination
Instrumentation: fixed media (stereo)
Duration: 1′
Program note:
Peptyde Hallucination is a cinematic electro-acoustic miniature that pillages from and expounds upon samples from the larger work entitled Fairfax that was composed at the same time. The piece is a study in the depiction of mise en scène from an imaginary film and incorporates surging, vocal gestures as textural drama. This work was part of the inaugural 60 x 60 program by Vox Novus and can be found on the 2003 Capstone release.
