New Recordings
New recordings of my music are being released in the coming months. The first recording is of my work Preludes for Piano recorded on pianist Kris Carlisle‘s compilation album entitled The American Evolution: Piano Preludes released on Curvepoint Media.
The second recording is of my electro-acoustic miniature Bicyclette Etude No. 3 to be released on Juan Maria Solare’s electronic compilation Sn (Stannum) on the Janus Music and Sound Label.
New Commission
I have the pleasure of being commissioned by the Louisiana Music Teachers Association to write a new work to be premiered at the LMTA Conference at the University of New Orleans in October of 2017. I will be writing a new work for the Louisiana-based saxophone quartet Quartetto Obrigado
I am also currently working on a new piece for prepared piano, written for Bethany Wilhelm for an April recital at Southeastern Louisiana University.
