Summer News 2016

I was recently selected by The Cello Loft’s International Call for Scores to write a new work for cello and percussion to be premiered in 2017 by cellist Eric Moore and percussionist Dustin Donahue. Cello Loft is organized by cellist Eric Moore

Glass Abattoir for percussion trio was recently performed at the Fischoff Competition at the University of Notre Dame by the Lineage Percussion Trio. The performance was seen by an audience of over 6,000 people from 36 countries.

On May 22nd,  Liminal Bridges for alto saxophone, electric guitar, piano, and percussion was performed at the Queens New Music Festival in Queens, New York by Hypercube.

On June 2nd, The Garden of Live Flowers for flute, clarinet, cello, and piano received its world premiere performance at the New Music on the Bayou Festival in Monroe, Louisiana. The piece was performed by Brian Dunbar (flute), Scot Humes (clarinet), Milovan Paz (cello), and Steele Moegle (piano) with Mel Mobley conducting.

Upcoming works to be composed include a new work for New York-based ensemble loadbang to be premiered in February 2017.
