Two New November Performances

The beginning of November brings about two exciting performances, one here in Hammond, Louisiana and the other in Berlin, Germany:
On Wednesday, November 2nd, the Southeastern Louisiana University Concert Choir, conducted by Dr. Alissa Rowe, will perform my work Ghost for SSAATTBB chorus at the First United Methodist Church in Hammond, LA.
On Saturday, November 5th, Ensemble Progress, led by Sylvia Hinz, will perform my work Five for five instruments as part of Klangwerkstatt-Berlin Festival of New Music in Berlin, Germany (info at www.klangwerkstatt-berlin.de/2011/)
Interruptions II Performance in Denver, CO

I had the pleasure of performing my solo piano work Interruptions II at the Rocky Mountain College Music Society Regional Conference in Denver, Colorado on March 26th at the Ramada Denver Midtown. The conference was hosted by Joice Gibson and David Montano and was a wonderful success!

My new work Pendula for amplified trombone makes its world premiere this month at a string of festivals in the Netherlands called Cross-Linx. Trombonist Benjamin Lanz commissioned the work for these performances:
